Meet The Team

Anne Schaeddel grew up in Germany, where she studied logistics and freight forwarding and ultimately earned her bachelor’s degree. A true citizen of the world, Anne speaks several languages and has held positions in Germany, Brazil, Argentina, and the United States. Upon moving to the U.S. in 2014, she continued her work with top clients in the freight forwarding and project logistics industry before starting her own company, Project One Logistics, in 2019. Anne, a proud mom, resides with her family in Houston, TX. She is fluent in German, English, and Portuguese and is proficient in Spanish.

Christiane Duprey has over 20 years of experience in project logistics, overseeing all modes of transportation and material movements for projects globally, including extensive projects for the oil and gas, mining, and steel industries. She began her career in Bremen, Germany, where she completed an apprenticeship program and later worked for a large global freight forwarding company. Christiane is a passionate and dedicated professional, committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. She enjoys running marathons and cultivating a love of fine wine.

Charles Duprey jokes that he’s been in the international shipping business so long that he can remember when Malcom McLean invented container shipping. Through years of working with steamship lines, trucking companies, and freight forwarders, he gained experience with all of the major legs that make up the international shipping industry. Today, at Project One Logistics, he is able to utilize his unique expertise to deliver seamless shipments for our clients. A long-time rugby player himself, Charles is his wife’s biggest fan and enjoys cheering her on as she runs marathons in various cities.

Nicolas Pena has more than 15 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry and specializes in developing operations teams to support global imports and exports. Nicolas is also a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, enabling him to conduct Customs and Border Protection (CBP) business on behalf of importers of goods and services into the United States. A multi-cultural and bilingual professional, Nicolas is passionate about teamwork and helping others to accomplish their goals.

Jessi Saviano has nearly 15 years of experience working in marketing, finance, and administration. Prior to joining Project One, Jessi gained extensive offshore experience working in various roles within the energy industry. Jessi is a proud wife, mother, and fur parent who enjoys playing pool and crafting during her free time.

Lauren Griffin is a native Houstonian with eight years of administration experience. Lauren is a proud mother with a wonderful fiancé and looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in her new role at Project One Logistics.

Tomika Longoria began her career in the trucking industry nearly 25 years ago before transitioning to freight forwarding in 2021. Her open-minded nature and passion for developing new skills made the adjustment seamless. The Project One Logistics team benefits from her deep experience within the freight transportation industry. Tomika credits self-love, fitness, family, and work as the building blocks for a successful life.
